The Kommunikatsii company’s team participated in the implementation of the project in regards to providing the Kuryk port with a public address and two-way dispatch communication system. The system is built upon IP technologies, which removes the restrictions with regard to system scaling in the future. The project employs equipment manufactured by the Kommunikatsii company and its German partner Neumann Elektronik Gmbh.
The devices possess a “decentralized intelligence”: they can work on their own. All the equipment is vandal-resistant, and has a high class of dust and moisture protection.
The Kuryk port has been included in the network of international transport corridors. There are railways and highways laid to the water area of the port. The throughput capacity of the railway-ferry and automobile complexes is equal to more than seven millions of tons per year.
