The forum was traditionally attended by a delegation of Communications, Ltd. headed by Kirill Skornyakov, Deputy CEO who made a presentation at the Forum’s second section focused on issues of development of export of the transport services.
“The most progressive development level of a “smart” transport system implies self-organization and equipment autonomy. At the present stage, the formation of a “smart” transport and logistics system includes introduction of the Industry 4.0 elements — new digital technologies and integration of all participants of a supply chain into a single information space”, noted in his presentation Kirill Skornyakov.
In this context, one of the major functions in construction of the supply chains fulfill, according to the company’s Deputy CEO, specifically the solutions in the sphere of the organization of a digital communication and alert system of the latest generation. In the event of the system’s introduction along the entire transport route, the supply chain links will remain independent elements with their own control module capable of providing with communication its particular area. But they will integrate into the single communication and alert system.
The speakers of the Forum became heads and representatives of the leading institutions of the Russian Federation, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Association of International Road Carriers (AIRC), RZhD JSC, the largest Russian and foreign companies, branch unions and associations, scientific organizations.
At the key sessions of the Forum, issues of integrated transport solutions for mastering a non-resource export and logistics optimization at the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, digital intergration of transport corridors with international financial and insurance platforms as well as measures of a state and budgetary assistance of the Russian export-oriented enterprises were discussed.
In the framework of the Forum, a number of memorandums and agreements on cooperation were signed with the International Logistics Business Association (ILBA) which became, with the support of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and in cooperation with the Association “Digital Era of Transport”, the organizer of the Second International Digital Logistics Forum.
