System communication is based on a fast internal bus structure for various types of application,
e.g. intercom, public address, wireless crane connection, alarms, interfacings to third party systems, telephone, radio, fire brigade, etc.
The user software ICS allows storage of 4 configuration programs simultaneously, which are easy changeable within 60 seconds and automatically installed. Access via notebook/PC/modem/IP.

Components
For heavy industrial areas like steel plants it is important to use reliable well-protected equipment. Therefore only components will be used which have been proofed already under the hardest conditions. Particular attention has been paid for the protection of our equipment against environmental influences like heat, dust, moisture and noise.
| The weatherproof station WPS-04 is made from glassfibre-reinforced polyester with a protection class of IP65 and a working temperature of ?25 -+70°C. The noise compensated microphone and the 4 W-internal loudspeaker as well as a 25 W booster amplifier are integrated in the housing and so very well protected against damages. The station is equipped with four toggle switches and can be extended by one or more six-toggle switches auxiliary units. As alternative the WPS-08 is available, which is equipped with four 2-way toggles, offering connections to 8 call stations instead of four with WPS-08. |

Also an exproof intercom station is available equipped with three 2-way toggles. Indoor stations are offered in various designs as desktop and panel types, integrated with fold-resisting swan-neck microphone as well as with various numbers of push buttons. The button-unit of panel stations features a protection class of IP54 up to IP65. |
| The central exchange is of modular design in order to adapt it to the special requirements of different projects. Small systems can be realised by only four stations expanding up to midsized and large systems with some hundred stations. Also additional modules for interfacing to various types of systems, e.g. telephone, radio, etc. are available. |
