Integral 55 Compact is the platform for voice and data communications in branch office structures. The system allows cost-optimized connections to head office using fixed lines or IP networks, and offers analog, digital, IP, DECT and network interfaces. The TIMA application assumes full responsibility for troubleshooting management and guarantees comfortable administration.
With its 19” design in 3 RUs, the Integral 55 Compact fits easily into each and any IT or office environment. Using the appropriate attachments, Integral 55 Compact can be both wall-mounted and stood on a desk or other surface. Its compatibility with the Integral 55 Communication Server and full IP capabilities guarantee the highest levels of flexibility and functionality. Using Integral 55 Compact as a low-cost gateway solution, even the TC systems of other manufacturers can be linked into the Avaya-Tenovis network using the internet protocol.
Migrating to converged IP communications does not therefore need to involve high levels of investment.
If your branch office does not yet have a data connection to head office, the link-up can be a conventional
solution using fixed-line or dial-up connections. If data connections already exist, Integral 55 Compact can
be optimally linked to head office over the IP interface and supports the voice and data communications of up to 200 subscribers. This latter solution offers the possibility
of connecting IP telephones offering full access to the wide range of functions offered by Avaya-Tenovis Communication Server Integral 55.
Integral 55 Compact offers the full range of convenience features typical of the Integral 55 system range. For example, using Unified Messaging you can receive and send voice and fax messages, whilst CTI applications enable you to use the PC for telephony purposes. Outlook
functions offer a range of additional comfortable benefits for users. The sharing of resources and information
speeds up the service and decision-making processes within your company.
You can control your entire telecommunications network from a PC at head office thanks to the integrated application TIMA (Telecommunication Integrated
Management Application). System components are checked automatically, and errors identified immediately and reported to the Avaya-Tenovis Service Center.
